These striking birds are always worth a trip to your local town centre to see. With their love of berries these Scandinavian winter visitors are found in city centre parks and shopping centre car parks. This painting came about from watching a flock of 14 along the Ribble Estuary feeding on Rowan bushes outside a car showroom.
